This data is aggregated and never tied to your identity. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral ad networks, or third-party cookies for advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share to help you with your project. That means responding to your inquiry, scheduling an on-site estimate, coordinating scope-of-work documentation, and, when you’ve authorized it, communicating with your insurance carrier on your behalf during the claims process.

With your consent, we may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages, including text messages, about our services. We only send marketing texts to people who have opted in, and you can opt out at any time (see Text Messaging below). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Restoration work often involves insurance carriers, adjusters, and occasionally subcontractors. We share your information with these parties only when you’ve given us explicit authorization, typically through a signed work-authorization or direction-to-pay form. We do not share your data with any outside party without that authorization.

SMS and mobile information is never shared. No mobile information, phone numbers collected for SMS, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties, affiliates, or partner companies for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. SMS opt-in consent is used solely by Heath Davis Construction Company, Inc. (doing business as Davis Construction Contractors) to communicate with you.

Data Retention

We retain job-related records, including contact information, estimates, photos, and insurance documentation, for as long as necessary to fulfill the work and meet Alabama contractor recordkeeping requirements, generally a minimum of five years. If you’d like your information removed from our records and there is no active legal or insurance obligation requiring retention, contact us and we’ll handle it promptly.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of that data (we do not sell data). While GDPR applies primarily to businesses operating within the European Union or handling EU resident data at scale, we extend the same basic transparency and access rights to any visitor who asks.
